Manara Academy respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. What we collect • When you register: your name, email, mobile number, year of study, and national ID number or passport number and nationality. • When you buy: the payment receipts you upload and the lectures you bought. • While you use the portal: the devices you sign in from, your views and progress in lectures, and the reports you send. How we use it • To create your account, confirm your identity and prevent duplicate accounts. • So the professor can review your receipt and open the lecture for you. • To apply the viewing rules, and to protect the content with a watermark showing your name and mobile number. • To send you notifications and messages about your account and payments. Who can see your data • The lecture's professor and their authorised assistants: only your details and receipts for their lectures. • The academy's management and authorised support staff, for administration and support. • We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Storage and protection Data and receipts are kept on secured servers; receipts and files open only through private, short-lived links. Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 applies. Your rights You can ask to see or correct your data, or to delete your account, by contacting the academy.
